Debbie sent the following note on Saturday, 10/04.
Hello:
Some, but not all, of the recipients of this email know that my father has suffered from emphysema for years and is now in the late stage of the disease. He was hospitalized last weekend and his condition is deteriorating at a fast pace.
I've been made aware of a website where family members can post updates about a person's condition so that others can be kept informed.
If you're interested, please go to www.carepages.com. Click on the Visit button at the top of the page and then type in FredDerr (no spaces) in the box that asks you for the website you want to see. You can also sign up to receive emails each time an update is posted.
I'd like to ask that you please keep both of my parents (Fred and Ann Derr), as well as the rest of the family, in your prayers. If you're not much into praying, please just send us all the good vibes you can and feel free to pass along this information to anyone else in our extended circle of friends, family and colleagues that I may not have included here.
Love,
Debbie

A few tips about navigating the photo galleries.
- There are two areas in the gallery. The left side shows 15 thumbnails per page. The right side shows a larger view of the selected photo.
- You can select a photo by clicking on the thumbnail on the left side and it will display on the right side.
- You can display a larger image by moving the cursor over the picture on the right. A small menu will show what picture sizes are available. Click on the pictue size you want.
- When viewing a larger picture (using the tip above), a control menu will display at the top of the photo. The control menu looks like:
Sizes: S - M - Large - XL - Auto <> Close
You can change the size of the image by clicking on any of the sizes listed (or Auto)
The left and right arrows (on either side of the nmber of pictures) allow you to navigate to
the previous (<) or next (>) picture without having to go back to the main view.
The Close option closes the enlarged view and returns you to the main view.
- From the main view there is a Slideshow option (above the large image on the right) that will automatically scroll through the images. Just sit back and watch.
- Previous and Next links appear above the thumbnails on the left and also above the large image on the right. The ones on the right will scroll through the pictures one at a time. The ones on the left will scroll through one page of thumbnails (15 pictures) at a time.
- There is a down arrow in the Page 1 of 17 link above the thumbnails on the left side. Hovering over the down arrow will display all of the pages available (in this example 17) and you can click on a page number to navigate directly to that page.
Let me know if you have any problems viewing or navigating this site.

Welcome to the Kaspar - Bsales Blog

Hello everyone!
This blog is intended to be used for family communications. Anyone can post a comment on a previous post. It is easy but if you have questions, please contact Greg Kaspar at greg.kaspar@verizon.net. If you wish to create new posts, I will need to add your Blogger account (contact me for information).
I will be uploading pictures from the family reunion to another website (there are too many for this blog) and I will include a link on this blog. I will also add a few pictures to this blog for your enjoyment (the picture on the hill might be a nice start).
I had a wonderful time at the reunion and my sincerest thanks go out to everyone who helped to make the day so special. A a double thanks to whoever arranged the weather!!
Each and every one of us is blessed to be a part of such a warm and loving family.
Please check back often and feel free to post your thoughts on this site. If you have pictures you want to share, please contact me and we can discuss the best way to get them posted so that everyone can view them.
Love you all,
Greg
